Standard cancellation Policy
The following refund amounts will be applicable in the event of a cancellation of a pre-paid booking.
- More than 24 hours notice before a booking commences: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours notice before booking commences: No refund
Cancellation policy for 9 & 17 seat vehicles.
For bookings between:
1st April to 14th September
Due to exceptionally high demand and limited availability bookings made for collection during the above dates (1st April to 14th September) will not receive a refund if cancelled within 30 days of the collection date. In addition, these bookings cannot be deferred to another date.
15th September to 31st March
Please note the cancellation policy below that relates to bookings made for collection during the above dates (15th September to 31st March).
